Introducing the New Quadrotech Partner Portal

At Quadrotech, we take pride in providing extensive training resources for our partners via our Partner Enablement Portal (PEP). The portal is our partners’ hub for all things Quadrotech! It ensures our partners have the proper tools at their fingertips to navigate discussions with their clients.

The success of our partners is our success. Because of this, we’re pleased to announce that an updated Partner Portal is available now on our Quadrotech Community website. The Quadrotech Partner Portal helps our partners easily access information and training they need to improve their knowledge of Quadrotech products and speed customer responsiveness.

Here’s what you need to know about the Quadrotech Partner Portal:

  • Your conversations with your customers aren’t limited to a single time of day or location, so we built the portal to allow you to access the resources you need any time, from any device, from wherever you are.
  • We’re continually adding and updating resources available through the portal. We’re committed to getting you what you need to serve your customers.
  • You’ll find videos, use cases, best practices, sales and technical training, and more.

For example, a partner who is preparing to talk to a customer about Nova can use the partner portal to access a marketing video overview of the platform, a product brochure, use cases, sample talking points, and more. A partner getting ready to discuss cloud-to-cloud migration via Cloud Commander, could use the portal to get a sales dialog, FAQs, and a product brochure.

The portal is available at no cost to active Quadrotech partners. Here’s how to get access:

  • As a Quadrotech Partner, use your current QTID credentials to log on to the Community site.
  • After a short wait you’ll have access to the Partner Portal area of the site.
  • If you don’t have a QTID yet, find instructions to request a QTID.
  • If you have questions or want more immediate access, please contact  Channel@quadrotech-it.com
