Cogmotive to be acquired by Quadrotech

Day two of Microsoft Ignite will be commencing in a few hours, but before we get started on the booth, we have very exciting news to tell you.
Today, we are delighted to announce that Cogmotive will be acquired by Quadrotech, a leading global provider of tools to manage the migration of email archives, mailboxes and PST files.
When we first started talking to Quadrotech, it became clear that considerable alignment existed between the two companies. Together, we believe that the teams at Cogmotive and Quadrotech can create an unparalleled end-to-end solution, giving customers an accelerated route to Office 365 alongside deep analysis and reporting of their ongoing usage, activity, and security. By joining forces, Cogmotive and Quadrotech will create greater capabilities for customers, partners, and the wider Office 365 community – and we can’t wait to get started.
So what does this mean in practice? We will become part of the Quadrotech Group of companies, but we will keep the Cogmotive infrastructure, team and brand you know and love, and will continue to develop and deliver our market-leading Office 365 reporting solutions. By leveraging Quadrotech’s skills and resources we will accelerate the development of new features and products, to solve the business problems faced by even more customers and partners across the globe.
With more than four million Office 365 seats already signed up for Cogmotive reporting, thousands of our fantastic customers trust Cogmotive to deliver deep analytics for Office 365. If you’re a current customer or partner, all existing contracts and agreements will remain in full force and effect. We will continue to deliver the same high quality service and ongoing innovation, with all the new product, feature, and report releases that you’re accustomed to. We remain dedicated to ensuring that our customers have access to the best and most innovative features on the market.
As always, we remain deeply committed to safeguarding customer data privacy and security. The same protections Cogmotive has always offered will continue to be in place – this means that only authorised staff will have access to your reporting data, and only for the purposes of providing the Cogmotive Reports service.
