How it works

When you sign up we create a secure, unlicensed Read-Only user account inside your Office 365 environment. We use this account to make a connection into Microsoft each day to collect information about your Office 365 environment, which we store securely in our databases. We use this information to instantly generate your reports when you log in to your Radar Reporting account.

Step 1 – Create an account

Create your account in 3 easy steps: visit our sign up page.

To sign up for a Trial or paid subscription of Radar Reporting, you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • You must be assigned as a Global Administrator for your Office 365 tenant
  • You must have rights to create a service account within your Office 365 tenant
  • You must have GA login credentials

Step 2 – Enter your Office 365 Details

We need some details about your Office 365 account, such as your domain name, global administrator username and password. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Office 365 login page to enter these details and accept the access request.

Step 3 – Creation of the Radar Reporting Service Account

We use the admin account details you provided to create a read-only account in your Office 365 Tenant.

Step 4 – Configure your Radar Reporting account

Work with our Customer Success Team to add your sites and configure account settings.

Step 5 – Collecting Office 365 Data

Every 24 hours we connect to Office 365 using our service account and gather data to update your reports.

Step 6 – Access your Reports

You can now log in and view your reports!
