When you sign up we create a secure, unlicensed Read-Only user account inside your Office 365 environment. We use this account to make a connection into Microsoft each day to collect information about your Office 365 environment, which we store securely in our databases. We use this information to instantly generate your reports when you log in to your Radar Reporting account.

We need some details about your Office 365 account, such as your domain name, global administrator username and password. You will be redirected to the Microsoft Office 365 login page to enter these details and accept the access request.
We use the admin account details you provided to create a read-only account in your Office 365 Tenant.
Work with our Customer Success Team to add your sites and configure account settings.
Every 24 hours we connect to Office 365 using our service account and gather data to update your reports.
You can now log in and view your reports!
