But with today’s larger mailboxes, expandable Exchange Online archives, and cloud capabilities, there’s no reason to store email in PSTs. In fact, PSTs compromise data governance and compliance strategies and expose organizations to corruption or hacking – a particular concern in the public sector which already faces strict compliance requirements.
