Saving and Scheduling Reports – Office 365 Reports
Saving a Report
All our Office 365 reports can be saved so you can easily access them again. This also saves any filtering and customisation that you may have applied.
Once you have configured a report as you like simply click the Save button.
You will then be presented with the Save Report dialog box. Fill in a name for the report, a description and then click the Save button.
The report will now appear in the Saved Reports section of Cogmotive Reports where you can click on the report title to run the report at any time.
Scheduling a Report
Saved reports can be scheduled and automatically emailed in either CSV or PDF format on a recurring basis. There are two ways to schedule a report.
Firstly, you can click on a report and click the schedule button or you can schedule a report from the Saved Reports section by clicking the clock icon.
Which ever method you choose, you will be shown the Schedule Reports dialog box. Fill in the details and click the Next button.
Now you can choose the schedule. You can choose to schedule the report to run:
- One Time
Click the Schedule button and the report will be emailed to the recipients you chose as per the schedule. You can schedule the same report multiple times.
You can also modify or delete a schedule from the Saved Reports page.
