Inspire: Winning Hearts and Minds
Successful change management requires inspirational leadership. Here’s how to keep your team on track.
Gone are the days of a “9 to 5” job and the “Cloud First, Mobile First” world we live in means we are no longer chained to a desk during business hours.
Systems Administrators and IT Managers are expected to be on call almost all the time and it is vitally important that they are able to use their IT tools and applications from a variety of different devices and locations.
Cogmotive Office 365 Reports is no different, and for this reason we have recently focused our energies to ensure that our web application experience is consistent, seamless and powerful no matter what device a customer is using.
The first thing you will notice when you log in to Cogmotive Office 365 Reports from a mobile device is the Menu button in the top right of the screen.
Clicking on this will allow you to access any of the reports and features that you also see on the desktop version.
If there are currently open Office 365 Incidents that could be affecting your users this will be prominently displayed at the top of the navigation menu.
Clicking on one of these incidents will take you to the Service Status section which will give you more information about the incident and any updates Microsoft have made.
Naturally, we also wanted to make sure that our standard reports were also usable and informative on different devices and screen formats.
This includes the ability to customise, save and schedule these reports directly from the mobile interface.
So next time you’re in a meeting and someone needs Office 365 usage information you can give them up to date information right then and there or even email them a PDF report immediately.
For quick access you can even add the application to your home screen and launch it with a single tap.
We will continue to work with our customers to ensure that our reporting interface remains flexible and powerful regardless of how it is being accessed and you can expect to see this improve further as time goes on.
