Upcoming Webinar: Migrating workloads between Office 365 tenants
With the proliferation of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in today’s business world, it’s become increasingly essential for large organizations to reconfigure and consolidate IT infrastructures.
However, Office 365 cloud to cloud migrations beg many questions, most commonly ‘What does and doesn’t move?’ and ‘How do we actually do it?’
Co-hosted by Mike Weaver (Product Owner at Quadrotech) and Steve Goodman (Microsoft MVP and Principal Technology Strategist at Content and Code), our upcoming webinar will explore how to move key workloads between Office 365 tenants during an Office 365 tenant to tenant migration, including:
MAD Office 365 Migrations
Mike recently held a similar speaker session at Microsoft Ignite in London, attracting a full house with lots of attendees asking pertinent questions, highlighting the need for more detailed information regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures – otherwise known as the ‘MAD’ market.
At Quadrotech, we’ve increasingly found customers have varying requirements during such migrations. For example, some may need their data to be gone from a certain system within 30 days. Others may need all their Microsoft Teams migrated. Or, some may want all their users to have the same SMTP address. As you can see, these requirements make a MAD migration more and more complex, meaning you need to be aware of the best ways to approach these issues.
