Microsoft Ignite the Tour – Ciao Milano!
Next stop on Microsoft Ignite the Tour is Milan! We will be there in usual fashion with bulls, tech talk and prize giveaways.
Our next stop on Microsoft Ignite the Tour is Amsterdam! The event will be held at the RAI Amsterdam, on March 20th – 21st. It’s currently sold out, so we can expect big things from this one.
The last Ignite the Tour event in London enabled us to share a wealth of information with developers and industry professionals, discussing common issues and how our market-leading solutions can help.
Microsoft provided multiple opportunities for attendees to enhance their knowledge of Office 365, with many of the expert speaker sessions going deep on what the future holds and how to prepare for changes.
We were overwhelmed by the phenomenal attendance for our talk on Office 365 tenant to tenant migrations, which filled the entire theatre and a further four rows outside. We had numerous people sharing their concerns about dealing with Office 365 during Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, demonstrating the urgent need for more information on this topic.
In light of this, we are running a webinar on “Migrating Workloads Between Office 365 Tenants: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” on Wednesday, 20th March at 2PM EDT / 6PM GMT with Cloud Expert and Product Owner Mike Weaver, and Microsoft MVP Steve Goodman.
If you’re keen to learn more on this tricky topic, be sure to sign up to the webinar here. (Even if you can’t attend the live event, we’ll send all registrants a link to the recording, so be sure to sign up anyway.)
If you’re unfamiliar with Quadrotech and what we do at events, why not come and see us to find out?
Our team of Office 365 specialists will be able to discuss what your challenges are, the most efficient solutions to overcome them and provide a quick, insightful demo of our products in action. Whether it’s reporting, management, security or data migration, our team will be ready to advise you on multiple effective ways to enhance your Office 365 investment.
Alternatively, if you’re there to take in some information, but want some fun whilst you’re at it, come to our stand for a go on our Quadroslots game! Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen countless happy winners walk away with drones, headphones, vouchers and more. Don’t worry though, no-one walks away empty-handed as we have our trademark Quadrobulls up for grabs.
Amsterdam is a scenic, inimitable and iconic European city, and worth exploring whilst you’re there for Microsoft Ignite the Tour. After a day of engrossing yourself in the latest tech offerings in the RAI, you’re going to want to stretch your legs and soak up some of the Dutch culture.
I would recommend getting started by simply walking around the centre of the city. The Dam Square is a good place to start and then head towards Jordaan and the West. Here, you can admire the artistic cobbled streets and the picturesque canals which meander throughout the city. If you’re feeling peckish, you’re likely to find some traditional old bakeries and sweet shops along the way which shouldn’t go amiss! Alternatively, if you want to quench your thirst with a local beer, the Netherlands is the home of Amstel and Heineken, some of the best lagers in the world. I would recommend stopping in one (or five) of the many quaint and culturally fitting pubs or bars along the way for a freshly poured pint. For those of you who aren’t local, this is often a novel experience, as the traditional way to serve beer there is by pouring it out the tap and then shaving the head off with a palette. It’s such a satisfying touch.
If you’re an avid cyclist, Amsterdam is an ideal location to saddle up. It’s known for being the most bicycle-friendly capital in the world, having a population of 1.1 million and over 60% of these using bikes for their inner-city trips. You will find there are many places you can hire a bike from and often they can give you a guided tour or advise you on routes to take. Alternatively, here are 10 must-have apps for exploring Amsterdam on your bike!
As always, we look forward to meeting IT professionals, developers and anyone who shares a passion for Office 365 like us. If you want to guarantee some time to discuss the challenges your facing in your environment right now, or just to find out more, we are always open to booking appointments. You can contact us here with your suggested time and needs.
We will be at booth P10, so don’t forget to stop by.
Have fun, tot ziens!
