Getting Office 365 Support from Microsoft

This article will show you how to log a Support Ticket with Microsoft for your Office 365 tenant. This is slightly different depending on if you have an enterprise subscription or a small business subscription.
You can also ask for help from the Office 365 community in the Office 365 support forums or get more information and resources from the Microsoft Support portal.

Log an Office 365 Support Ticket for Small Business Users

First log in to the Microsoft Office Portal.

Click the Get Help and Online Support link at the bottom of the dashboard.

Click the New Service Request button to log a new ticket.
Fill in the problem details

Here you need to select the correct responses from the drop down list. If no answer exists for the exact issue that you are facing, select one that is closest.
As you fill out the answers you will notice links to suggested solutions appearing on the right hand side. Take a look at them and see if they resolve your issue – there is a good chance that someone else has had the same problem before!

You now have some free form text boxes to enter additional information about the problem. Please be as specific as possible and include steps on how to re-create the issue. The more information you give here the better and faster your support experience will be,

On the final page you are able to upload and screenshots or files relating to the problem and can submit the ticket.

Click the Support link on the left hand side navigation menu.
