Integration: The Final Step in Change Management
The final step in successful change management is the Integration stage. Here’s how to bring everything together. Watch now.
2016 has been another year of exciting developments at Quadrotech, and I want to thank everyone in the team for their incredible work. We’ve introduced yet more innovative and highly relevant new products to the market, we’ve consolidated our position as the go-to partner for Office 365 migrations, and our customer experience remains second to none.
More and more customers are choosing to migrate straight into Office 365 with us, and as the platform grows from strength to strength, attracting larger and larger enterprises – this is something we expect to continue increasing as we head into 2017. As for Quadrotech – we’re growing fast too. Organically we grew our headcount by 160 percent in 2016, and that’s before taking into account our newest acquisition…[vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column width=”1/6″]
There have been plenty of important milestones over the last 12 months, but one of the most exciting for us has been the acquisition of Cogmotive, the industry leading provider of Office 365 reporting and analytics.
Cogmotive’s solutions perfectly complement our own software and services, and by joining forces we will provide a powerful end-to-end solution that drives rapid and effective adoption of Office 365. Quadrotech optimizes processes and data flow to get your information migrated, and Cogmotive provides detailed analytics, and business-critical reporting that enables you to maximize both initial, and ongoing ROI for Office 365.
We have already started to combine the Cogmotive and Quadrotech technologies, and there are big plans for 2017 – stay tuned for more exciting updates!
Our partnership with Microsoft is stronger than ever. This year we were invited to join Microsoft’s elite National Solutions Provider (NSP) program. We were also a finalist for Messaging Partner of the Year at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference; we won IAMCP’s APAC Partner of the Year for 2016; and we were included in Redmond Channel Partner’s inaugural list of the top 200 Microsoft partners in the US.
We had our most successful visit ever to Microsoft Ignite at Atlanta in September, where we were a silver sponsor. It was at this event that we chose to make our acquisition announcement, as well as introducing a number of new products and features.[vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_column width=”3/4″]
In 2016 we also launched ArchiveShuttle 7.5, the first iteration to feature the HOTS (Highly Optimized Transport System) protocol that we piloted last year. HOTS has been demonstrated to reduce WAN bandwidth by up to 40 percent compared with Exchange Web Services (EWS); it helps overcome bandwidth limitations, single-mailbox restrictions and performance throttling by using the combined power of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to do all the heavy lifting.
We’ve sponsored and contributed to the latest edition of Office 365 for IT Pros. Its lead author, Tony Redmond (Microsoft MVP and all-round Exchange guru), has also co-authored a second edition of The Complete Guide to Eradicating PST Files with us.
Everyone at Quadrotech has plenty to be proud of this year, but there’s so much more to come. We’re working on a number of very important developments for our customers, and you’ll see lots more exciting news from us as we enter into 2017.
In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the holiday season and have a healthy, happy new year.
