Browser & Operating System Device Reports in Office 365
Microsoft have released two new Office 365 Reports into the Office 365 Administration Portal for enterprise customers.
These reports are designed to show you the types of Operating Systems and Web Browsers being used by your employees to access the Office 365 Administration portal.
It seems that users that do not log on to the Office 365 Administration portal do not appear in these reports, even though they are technically using Office 365 via an Outlook application, Lync or OneDrive for Business client. Hopefully this will change in the future to include all Office 365 users in order to make the reports more useful.
