Administer Office 365 from your Mobile Device with the Updated Mobile Admin App
Microsoft has recently released a new Mobile App that allows Office 365 Administrators to make changes and view information about their tenant directly from their mobile device.
When you first open the Office 365 Mobile App you will need to log in with your Office 365 Global Administrator details.
You can access the navigation menu using the button in the top left hand corner of the application as pictured below.
Clicking on the Users section will display all the users in your Office 365 Tenant. Clicking on a particular user allows you to perform the following actions to that user account:
- Resetting passwords
- Editing user profile information
- Assign or Remove Licences
- Delete the User
You can also add a new Office 365 user directly from the mobile application.
These are far and away the most useful features within the application. In addition to this you can also view service health information and keep up to date with any messages or service requests you have logged.
