Thomas oversees the strategic direction of the Quadrotech Group and was one of the founding members of the buyout from GlassHouse. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in various segments of the software industry. He was the Country Manager for Germany and Eastern Europe for Legato and the EMEA VP of Partner operations for Legato (Later EMC). Thomas was part of the management team at VCARE that originally developed the migration tools which became Quadrotech as part of a management buyout.
At Quadrotech, Peter is responsible for the strategic management of the sales operation. He has over 30 years experience in executive and operational positions in both global and start-up software companies. Most recently he was CEO of Neverfail and previously ran sales for Symantec in the Middle East and was COO for KVS, the original authors of Enterprise Vault.
Paul Robichaux, an Office Servers and Services MVP since 2002, is currently the chief technology officer at Quadrotech Solutions, where he leads the product development team for Quadrotech's family of Office 365 migration, automation, reporting, and security products. Paul's unique background includes stints writing Space Shuttle payload software in FORTRAN, developing cryptographic software for the US National Security Agency, helping giant companies deploy Office 365 to their worldwide users, and writing about and presenting on Microsoft’s software and server products. Thomas studied Economics and graduated as a Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management. During the last twenty years, Thomas has worked for various companies (from startups to global organizations) in different financial roles. At Quadrotech, Thomas is responsible for all financial matters on group-level as well as for any local company owned by Quadrotech.
Tony has been dedicated to Customer Success since 2000 when he began his career in Technical Support. Having worked in many customer-focused positions, such as Technical Support, Consulting, and Technical Product Management throughout his career, he began with Quadrotech in August of 2013 as the first US employee. Having worked directly with Enterprise Vault since 2004, he has vast experience with archiving solutions for small business to large enterprises. He is a recognized Enterprise Vault expert and a certified Veritas VIP. Since joining Quadrotech he has been involved in helping many international companies migrate their third-party archives and PST’s. In his off time, Tony enjoys traveling with his wife and daughters, sports, and taking cooking classes.
Andrea is responsible for the global Human Resources function for the Quadrotech Group, based in Zurich. In 2016, she joined Quadrotech with the mandate to establish the HR role for this ever-expanding group. She started her career in Human Resources in 2006. Andrea was previously based in London where she worked at The Dorchester Hotel and prior to that for the Accor Group.
Nigel Williams has spent 30 years in the IT industry in roles spanning Sales, Pre-Sales. Alliances and Marketing. He has worked in diverse company environments from start-ups to large corporations, with a focus on data and information management. For the last ten years he has been focused on Marketing, building strong regional and global Marketing teams. His broad experience enables him to understand the needs of Sales, Technical and Marketing teams and bring them together to grow and transform the business they work in. He is also a specialist in developing value propositions and go to market strategies, using methodologies from Market leading advisory firms. Nigel has two daughters, lives in Oxfordshire and is a keen black and white photographer in his spare time.
