At Quadrotech, culture is our heart and soul, and it’s a known strong suit of ours. Often our employees will refer their friends and family to come work for us. Do you want to be part of an open, transparent, and honest culture?  If your answer is yes, then I invite you to read on…

We have a diversity and inclusion steering group, and many individuals committed to making Quadrotech a more diverse and inclusive place to work. At Quadrotech, we espouse honesty and respect – it’s part of our culture.  We are truly honest when we say we value diversity and inclusion in all forms and equal employment opportunities. We want you to be you.  We want you to join our team to work, laugh, learn, and belong with us, and bring yourself – your true self – to work every day!

Our People

Let’s start with some fun watching our 2018 company retreat in Palma de Majorca and learning about our people being their true selves.

We are fortunate that we have so many fun and remarkable people working for us…

Here are some fun facts about our people (and pets):

  • Our CTO is a fully qualified pilot and flies his own plane.
  • One of our marketers can speak four languages, and our CEO can top that with five!
  • Our CEO is known to wear red trainers.
  • Some of our pets are well known throughout the organization (such as Pancake, the CTO’s cat), and we have a Microsoft Teams channel and unofficial website dedicated just for our furry friends.

Employee Engagement

We involve our employees, are transparent with them, and value their opinions.  Employees regularly receive information about the company, its direction, and its position in the market. Employees are also encouraged to share their feedback with senior management.

We have quarterly town halls, sales briefings, and opinion leader calls.  Employee suggestions from the opinion leaders meetings have improved internal documentation and training, changes to our onboarding program, the introduction of home office working for all staff during the Covid-19 pandemic, and increased headcount following resourcing discussions.

We are proud of our recent bi-annual employee satisfaction survey result of 43 (for reference, anything above 30 is a great score).

This year, in a bid to be fully transparent and really engage our workforce to make Quadrotech a better place to work, we shared our employee survey results and feedback internally with all employees while maintaining anonymity.  Here are a few quotations about why employees like working for Quadrotech:
