Archive Leavers
When the tool is called to run against a specified mailbox the tool will connect to the mailbox, archive all non-archived items, remove them, and then delete all existing shortcuts. The end result is that you will have an empty mailbox.
Mailbox Analysis
When using Enterprise Vault, you need to analyse mailboxes to determine the age, size and classes of messages to find the best archiving strategy helping you reduce the amount of email users keep in their mailbox. This is also true for when you are troubleshooting users mailboxes that are not being archived.
Populate EVLab
Many consultants and customers have implemented a Lab/Demo environment to test archiving features of Enterprise Vault.
While for creation of users and Mailboxes some tools are available, there was no tool until now to simulate user mail traffic on a daily basis.
This toolset combines both approaches and allows you to test in your lab with real production volume and data.
MSMQ Monitor
MSMQ Monitor is a tool that actively checks Microsoft MSMQ. If any defined queue is over a defined threshold, a warning is generated. Queues that reach their threshold can be logged into the Event Log, XML or flat file. You can integrate with your current Monitoring system to check for these alerts.
Saveset Fetcher
A small tool, to fetch items from Enterprise Vault using the CM API.
