How much bandwidth is needed for replication?
After the initial replication of your data, EVnearSync replicates only the deltas between each daily archiving run. We can help you with custom queries to find out the daily growth of your EV Servers. For the initial replication, it is also possible to use disk shipping to your Microsoft Azure Datacenter.

What happens, if I decide at a later point to migrate my Exchange Mailboxes to Office 365?
No problem! As your vault store data is already stored in Microsoft Azure, you can migrate the Enterprise Vault Archives directly from Azure to Office 365.

Will this just protect my data or are my Enterprise Vault Servers also highly available?
Veritas Enterprise Vault has a built in Failover Mechanism called USL (Update Service Locations). If you install Enterprise Vault on the EVNS Virtual Machine in Azure, you can seamlessly failover also Enterprise Vault to Azure. In this case a site to site VPN is required, as the users need to be able to reach the EV Server.

Which kind of Microsoft Azure storage can be used?
EVnearSync uses Azure File Storage. You can chose, during the subscription configuration, if you want LRS or GRS Storage.
