If you have two different Enterprise Vault sites, you can use Archive Shuttle to merge those two sites into a third one or you can simply export a complete Enterprise Vault installation and integrate it into an existing site.
Question: I want to split a Vault Store. Is Archive Shuttle the right tool?
Answer:
Yes, you can move user’s archives from one Vault Stores to another. Simply select one or more user archive and define the destination Vault Store. The deletion or rename of the source archive is done automatically during the migration.
Question: Witch version of Enterprise Vault is supported?
Answer:
Archive Shuttle supports export all Enterprise Vault versions, beginning with v5.0 and has also been tested to work with Enterprise Vault 10.0. If you face difficulties with your existing Enterprise Vault installation, you can use Archive Shuttle to go directly to version 9 or 10 and have a clean installation afterwards using the new OSIS Single Instance model as well the new 64bit Indexes.

Yes, Archive Shuttle is able to consolidate remote Enterprise Vault sites into a single centralized site. Since the exporter and importer modules are separate applications this consolidation can even take place with disconnected sites.

Answer:
Yes, with the TNG (“The next generation”) Version of Archive Shuttle, which will be released end of Q1/2012.
