Thomas Madsen, Chairman
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the various segments of the software industry. He was the Country Manager for Germany and Eastern Europe for Legato and the EMEA VP of Partner operations for Legato (Later EMC). Thomas was part of the management team at VCARE that originally developed the migration tools which became QUADROtech as part of a management buyout. As head of field enablement Thomas is responsible for ensuring the success of all QUADROtech migration projects whether through partners or directly through the QUADROtech technical team.
Peter Kozak, Chief Executive Officer (QUADROtech Solutions)
Peter oversees the strategic direction of the QUADROtech Group and was one of the founding members of the buyout from GlassHouse. Previously he was the Head of Development at GlassHouse, where he initiated the development tools for email archive migration and was one of the main inventors of products such as ArchiveShuttle and EVnearSync. Peter has worked extensively with Enterprise Vault since its early releases in 2000.
Michel Zehnder, Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Michel is responsible for the technical direction and success of the company’s products. He is a founding member of QUADROtech and was involved in the creation of most of QUADROtech’s products. Michel has over 10 years of experience in the archiving industry as well as a previous background in finance.
Peter Parker, Chief Operating Officer
At QUADROtech Peter is responsible for the strategic management of the sales operation. He has over 30 years experience in executive and operational positions in both global and startup software companies. Most recently he was CEO of Neverfail and previously ran sales for Symantec in the Middle East and was COO for KVS, the original authors of Enterprise Vault.
Dan Clark, Chief Executive Officer (QT-X)
Dan is CEO of QUADROtech Solutions subsidiary company QT-X, responsible for developing innovative and market-leading technology. Prior to this Dan was founder and CEO of Timefinity Group which was acquired by QUADROtech, he created Timefinity Group to allow fast incubation and realization of software and service ideas. Dan has been in the information management industry for more than 10 years with a particular focus on eDiscovery, communications analysis and archiving.
Tony Redmond, Independent
Tony retired from HP in March 2010 after 27 eventful years, ten of which were spent working as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at HP and Compaq (prior to the 2002 acquisition) and has since set up his own consulting company working with a range of companies around the world. In the recent past, Tony’s work has focused on Microsoft Office 365. His experience as a technologist and as an executive have developed a deep and broad skillset, having sixteen books written to date and recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). As a non-executive board member, Tony brings with him a wealth of experience including leadership, Intellectual Property protection and strategy.
Michael Eder, Independent (Secretary)
Michael Eder has over 15 years of experience in executive and operational positions in startup software and hardware companies. Today he acts as the CEO of nudgeIT AG that he founded in 2014, a SaaS company that provides ITSM enterprise class solutions. Before he was CEO of GlassHouse Switzerland AG and founder / head of delivery at vcare Infosystems AG. As a non-executive board member, Michael brings with him a wealth of experience including leadership, service delivery, organizational and strategy skills.
